We are pleased to announce a new partnership of Netrics Group ('Netrics'), a provider of managed cloud and digital workplace solutions and consulting services for demanding SME and enterprise customers. Acquired by funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital ('BU'), the Netrics platform has acquired Swiss-based cloud expert Solify GmbH ('Solify') to strengthen its position in the growing market for Azure-centric public cloud services.
With Solify's specialized public cloud expertise, including migration, automation, cloud cost optimization, cloud security and holistic operations on Azure, Netrics has gained key competencies. Combined with Netrics' established market presence and extensive resources, customers now have access to an even broader and deeper range of cloud services.
Solify's experienced team of highly qualified public cloud specialists will remain a direct point of contact for its customers and will continue to operate independently under the familiar, established name at this time. All processes and structures will remain unchanged to offer Solify's customers the usual support and high level of service that they know and value. At the same time, they will benefit from an even more comprehensive service portfolio in the areas of managed cloud, digital workplace, cyber security and consulting services from Netrics.
Since November 2023, Netrics has entered into two partnerships and is home to GARAIO and now also Solify.
As a growth partner, BU will continue to accompany Netrics on its successful path.
